## Localized discovery

Public pages use a locale prefix. English canonical discovery URLs use `/en`; equivalent localized pages keep the same path under an active locale prefix. Use each page's canonical link as the authority, and use the sitemaps to discover the current public localized URL set instead of generating locale and format combinations.
