Convert a ZIP of fonts to OTF
Upload one ZIP that contains only TTF, OTF, EOT or WOFF2 font files. After the safe archive check, pick single fonts or convert the whole archive to OTF.

How to convert a ZIP font archive to OTF

Archive safety comes before extraction
The archive is listed and validated before any selected file is written. Unsafe absolute paths, traversal segments, links, special filesystem entries, duplicate destinations, malformed size metadata, excessive entry counts, and unsafe expansion ratios are rejected.
Only selected font entries are extracted into an isolated workspace. Embedded files are never executed, and unrelated archive contents are not accepted.
OTF filenames and downloads
Each OTF file keeps a safe version of its source filename. Duplicate names get a number at the end. When you convert more than one font, you can also download one ZIP with all OTF files.
Font conversion does not grant licensing rights. Check the original font license before embedding, publishing, or redistributing converted files.
ZIP to OTF FAQ
What happens to fonts that are already OTF?
They go into the result without changes. TTF, WOFF2 and EOT fonts are converted to OTF with FontForge. Some fonts lose their hinting (extra instructions for small screen sizes) in this step, so check small text sizes after the conversion.
Does converting a font change its licence?
No. Converting a font to OTF does not change its licence and does not give you new rights. Check the original font licence before you install, embed or share the OTF files.
What happens to my files after the conversion?
The uploaded ZIP is deleted right after a successful conversion. The OTF files, and the ZIP of a failed conversion, are deleted automatically after about one hour. Convertr does not read, sell or manually review your fonts.
How large can the ZIP be?
A ZIP can be up to 1 GB and hold up to 200 fonts, the same limits as the ZIP to WOFF converter. ZIP files with other file types, links, unsafe paths, a password or unsafe compression are rejected. Licence and readme files in the ZIP (.txt, .md, .html) are skipped and not converted.
